Tour Plan

Day 1: Hanoi Arrival

Arrive in Noi Bai International Airport, Hanoi. Our guide will pick you up at the airport and take you to your hotel to do the check-in. The afternoon will be at your leisure. When the sun has set, a slap-up dinner will take place at a local restaurant to welcome you. In the evening, you will come to the theatre to watch the Water Puppet Show – a folk Vietnamese art performance with a history dating back to the 11th century. After the show, you will come back to the hotel for the first overnight stay in Hanoi.
 

Today you will take a drive West toward Mai Chau with one stop in Hoa Binh City for refreshments and coffee. You will continue driving toward Mai Chau Valley, about another 1.5 hours away, stopping on the way to take in the spectacular scenery. You will start cycling from Tong Dau to Lac Village in the Thai Minority region (10km). Following lunch, you will begin a ride of 15 km through Pong Cong, Van Mai, Xo and Xam Khoe villages in this beautiful valley, going from one village to another and having a chance to get in touch with local villagers going about their daily business tilling the fields, logging or herding buffalo. Our driver will meet you at Khoe Village for transfer back to Lac Village for dinner and an overnight stay.

The driver will meet you at Lac village for transfer to Pu Luong Nature Reserve.

You enter Pu Luong Nature Reserve by road via a breathtaking mountain pass giving you a panoramic view of the whole valley. You arrive at your accommodation in time for a delicious lunch, followed by free time to explore the beautiful retreat, with its captivating panoramic views and tranquil setting.

PM: You will be transferred to a suspension bridge over the Cham River, where you begin your walk in search of stunning water wheels. Get up close to each wheel and discover how water is moved from the river to handmade bamboo aqueducts via simple constructions of all sizes.

Arriving at a local fisherman’s house, you have a short rest to gear up for the bamboo river rafting with Dinh and his team. Float along the calm river and enjoy the views, in between learning how to paddle and steer your handcrafted rafts.

Arriving at scenic Tan Lap bridge, you disembark to be transferred back to Pu Luong Retreat for dinner.

Located in the south of Hanoi, Ninh Binh is just 100km away with astounding natural features with limestone peak that somehow can outlook what Halong Bay has to offer. Some even call this place "Halong Bay on land" for that reason.

You will visit Ngo Dong River - the "Halong Bay on land" by boat to explore Tam Coc caves and its old and ancient temples. You will also have the chance to see first-handed what it's like to be a farmer on Mekong Delta - the main rice production place of Vietnam. Next, you will be taken to Hoa Luu, the-used-to-be Vietnam's capital to visit King's temples and have lunch with local specials there. You will be driven to the Phat Diem Cathedral in the afternoon.

 

In the morning, our car will take you to Bai Chay Harbor, where you will board a ship to discover Halong Bay. You will stand in awe when witnessing the spectacular limestone pillars rising from the emerald waters. The junk boat will take you through the jaw-dropping evergreen islets and stop by some tourist attractions for cave-visiting or sightseeing activities.
When the sun has set, a delightful seafood dinner will be served on board. Afterward, you can come to the sundeck to have some drinks while observing the sparkling night sky.
 

A new day starts with the lapping waves, the gusting breeze of ocean-carried air, and aurora lights of the very first day shine. You will warm up with a Vovinam practice on the sundeck while watching the mesmerizing dawn. This morning, you will visit Vung Vieng Floating Village, which is renowned for its pearl-cultivating tradition. You will get on the bamboo boat ridden by a local to discover the village, the pearl farm, and its surrounding area. Afterward, you will get back to the vessel by a tender. Visitors will pack your luggage and have a check-out before enjoying a delectable brunch and traveling back to your hotel in Hanoi.
 

In the morning, you will be free till the transfer to the airport to fly to Hue. Upon arrival at Phu Bai Airport, our guide will welcome and transfer you directly to the hotel. The Hue City tour in the afternoon after free lunch time will take you to visit some of the most famous Hue landmarks including Hue Citadel and the Forbidden Purple City, the Imperial Museum and Dong Ba market in which you can explore the cake heaven of Hue. In the evening, you will enjoy Hue unique cuisine at Tinh Gia Vien restaurant, and then stay overnight in Hue.

Our guide will welcome you in Danang.Then you will check in and enjoy your free time wandering around the city or staying at the hotel. Free time for you to enjoy the comfort of this best resort in Vietnam and Asia is available.

When you have arrived at Phnom Penh International Airport, you will meet up with our team and transit to your hotel for checking in. Next, you will be on a Phnom Penh city tour to explore its famous attractions such as the National Museum and the Victory Museum. The tour will also include a visit to the Royal Palace - the residence of Cambodian royal families since the 1860s and the Silver Pagoda inside it. The last destination is Wat Phnom Temple, where you could have an exquisite sunset view over the tree-lined boulevards. You will stay overnight at a hotel in Phnom Penh.

The first spot today is Banteay Srei Temple (since 10th century), the jewel in the crown of classical Khmer Art.
Then, it's time for Banteay Samre (since the late 12th century).
You will be served lunch at a local restaurant.
The unique interior brick sculptures of Prasat Kravan, Srah Srang ("The Royal Baths" used for ritual bathing), Banteay Kdei (surrounded by 4 concentric walls), Ta Keo (constructed in late 10th century) and Ta Prohm, one of the area's most beautiful temples will amaze you in the afternoon.
Stay for another night in Seam Reap.

It's time for the ancient capital of Angkor Thom (since the 12 century) with the South Gate (describing the churning of the ocean of milk), the Bayon Temple (with 54 towers with over 200 smiling faces of Avolokitesvara), the Phimeanakas, the Royal Enclosure, the Elephant Terrace and the Terrace of the Leper King.

The afternoon itinerary will cover Angkor Wat, the most ineresting part of this tour.

The scenic flight around Angkor Wat, one of the world famous heritage site in 30 minutes in a state-of-the-art luxury air-conditioned helicopter will definitely satisfy you. .

After arrival at Vientiane Airport, you will meet up with your guide and transit to your hotel. Vientiane holds a different vibe from other capital cities. It appears to be much more tranquil and peaceful with large boulevards and rare traffic jams.
Today, you will travel to the famous Buddhist temples, namely Wat Sisaket, Wat Simuang, and Wat Prakeo. The trip also includes stops at the golden-covered That Luang Monument - a Laos’ national landmark and Patuxai (Victory Gate) resembling France’s worldwide famous Arc de Triomphe. The tour ends with a sumptuous dinner at a local restaurant before your free time to unwind and an overnight stay in your hotel in Vientiane.
 

After breakfast, you will visit the Morning Market before leaving Vientiane for a 3 hour trip to Vang Vieng. Vang Vieng was once a key military airfield during the Indochina wars and its central feature is the long-abandoned runway along the eastern side of town. On the west side, a small river separates the town from the nearby caves & mountains, which can easily be visited. You will enjoy lunch at a local restaurant en route and have free time the rest of the day to explore the many bars and restaurants in town. You will have a restful overnight stay at the Riverside Boutique Resort in Vang Vieng.

You will drive from Vang Vieng to Xieng Khoang, arriving at lunchtime. After you have checked into your hotel, there will be a tour of the mysterious Plain of Jars. The Plain of Jars is an extensive area around Phonsavan, surrounded by mountains, where massive stone urns of mysterious origin are scattered in at least a dozen major groupings. Site 1, or Thoung Hai Hin (Stone Jar Plain), is 15 km southwest of Phonsavan and is the largest of the sites. It features 250 jars, mostly weighing from six hundred kg to one ton each, but the biggest of which weighs as much as six tons! You will continue to visit some nearby hill tribe villages to experience their fascinating culture and colorful history before heading back to the hotel for an overnight stay in Xieng Khoang.
