The German Mercedes Benz 200 W110 &#8211; President Thieu\u2019s vehicle &#8211; is also on display, along with the M152A2 Jeep used by the Revolutionary Forces to escort President Duong Van Minh to the Saigon radio station, where he declared surrender on April 30th, 1975.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"IV_Notes_when_visiting_the_Independence_Palace_in_Saigon\"><\/span>IV.
