The rugged terrain and an incomplete power grid have created numerous obstacles for ethnic communities. They will not only bring the equipment but will also collaborate closely with local authorities and residents to install each light. This collective effort ensures the project&#8217;s effectiveness and represents a journey of sharing, connection, and partnership. The 25 lights to be installed are expected to bring a positive and lasting change to the H\u1ea7u Ch\u00faa V\u00e1n and S\u00e9o L\u1ee7ng villages.
