Collect Used Batteries \u2013 Grow Green Futures<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>As part of Environmental Action Month 2026, Lux Travel DMC launched the campaign &#8220;Collect Used Batteries \u2013 Grow Green Futures&#8221; from 16\u201320 June 2026 to encourage responsible waste management and environmental protection. In partnership with Biti&#8217;s, all collected batteries were transferred to authorized recycling facilities for proper treatment and disposal. Enhancing Guide Competencies for Sustainable Tourism Delivery Across Vietnam<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>To strengthen service quality and professional standards, Lux Travel DMC organized a nationwide training program for its tour guide network.<\/p>\n<p>The first training session was held in Hanoi on 26 May 2026 with the participation of 30 guides from Northern Vietnam. Additional training sessions were conducted during an inspection trip to Central and Southern Vietnam from 15\u201321 June 2026.<\/p>\n<p>The training was led by Ms. Doan Van, Managing Director, and Ms. Huong, Operations Manager, covering practical case studies, emerging travel trends, guest experience management, sustainability awareness, and professional guiding skills.<\/p>\n<p>A total of 82 tour guides participated:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>30 guides from Northern Vietnam<\/li>\n<li>25 guides from Central Vietnam<\/li>\n<li>27 guides from Southern Vietnam<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The program provided opportunities for knowledge sharing, professional development, and strengthening collaboration within Lux Travel DMC&#8217;s guide network.
