Upon arrival at Hanoi’s Noi Bai International Airport, you will be greeted by your guide and transferred to your hotel. Free on your own. Overnight in Hanoi.

Breakfast at hotel. You will start visiting first place named Tran Quoc Pagoda, a Buddhist relic and national heritage lying on the West Lake. Visit Ho Chi Minh’s complex included his mausoleum, the final resting place of Viet Nam’s greatest father, walking along Ho Chi Minh’s stilt house where he lived and worked from 1958 to 1969. Visit One-Pillar Pagoda – the one modeled after a lotus flower, a symbol of Hanoi city.
In the afternoon, visit one of Hanoi’s museums, either the History Museum OR the Museum of Ethnology. The History Museum is housed in an elegant building from the 1930s and includes exhibits spanning the entirety of Vietnam’s history including prehistory, proto-Vietnamese civilizations, the Dong Son Culture, the Oc-Eo Culture and the Khmer Kingdoms. The alternative to the visit of History Museum is the Museum of Ethnology (close on Monday), which brings to life the astonishing ethnic diversity in Vietnam, with art and artifacts from the 54 different ethnic groups that inhabit the country.
You will visit Hoan Kiem Lake, Ngoc Son temple the focal point of the city. Enjoy a traditional water puppet show. Overnight in Hanoi.

In the morning you leave Hanoi and head south for a 2-hour drive. You will visit the Dinh and Le sanctuaries and then take a boat trip to visit Tam Coc along the Boi River. Back to Hanoi station for a night train to Lao Cai. Stay overnight on train.

You will arrive in Lao Cai Station at around 6:30 am, and then transfer to Sapa. Free time in the morning to stroll around town or enjoy the comfort of your hotel. In the afternoon you will have a short trek to Cat Cat village, home of black H’mong people.

Today you will explore Sapa market and then spend trek 3-4 hour through several hill tribe villages of Lao Chai and Tavan - Enjoy a spectacular walk through the areas stunning scenery on the way.  Have dinner before going to Lao Cai station for a night train back to Hanoi. Overnight on train. (9.30PM – 5:35AM)

Upon arrival at Hanoi station, meeting your guide & transfer to city center for breakfast.
8:00 am, travel from Hanoi to Halong Bay to cruise amongst the Bay’s spectacular scenery aboard. Get on board and cruise around the stunning mystical landscape of Halong Bay, one of the world's most famous UNESCO World Heritage sites where thousands of limestone karsts and islets in various sizes and shapes rise from the clear, emerald water of the Gulf of Tonkin, a delicious lunch will be served on board. Take in the stunning scenery as you glide along the bay. The wind, rain and sea have carved out dramatic caves and grottoes in some of the islands, several of which you will visit. In the afternoon, you can choose to swim, kayak, or simply relax on the sun deck. As the sun sets, enjoy a delectable dinner on the boat, surrounded by the breathtaking views of Halong Bay. You will spend the night on the cruise ship, immersed in the serene ambiance of the bay.

Wake up early to witness the captivating sunrise over the bay. Participate in a Tai Chi session on the sundeck to rejuvenate your body and mind. After a light breakfast, the cruise will continue to explore different areas of Halong Bay, allowing you to discover more hidden treasures and awe-inspiring landscapes. A delicious brunch will be served on board as the boat gradually returns to the pier. Upon disembarking, you will be transferred back to Hanoi. In the afternoon, you will arrive in Hanoi and be dropped off at your hotel, marking the end of this unforgettable Halong Bay experience.
