  1. Joseph’s Cathedral or Hanoi Cathedral . It is the oldest church in Hanoi and also the headquarters of Archdiocese of Vietnam. This church is situated west of Hoan Kiem Lake, in a small square within the Old Quarter. At Christmas, this place is decorated carefully. The stone cave and Christmas tree are magnificent ornamented with many lights that make the scene is so beautiful and cozy.

2. Nha Trang Cathedral: It was built between 1928 and 1933 in French Gothic style, complete with stained-glass windows, Nha Trang Cathedral stands on a small hill overlooking the train station. It’s a surprisingly elegant building given that it was constructed of simple cement blocks. Some particularly colourful Vietnamese touches include the red neon outlining the crucifix, the pink back-lighting on the tabernacle and the blue neon arch and white neon halo over the statue of St Mary.

5. Christmas tree in Binh Duong church: At Christmas this year, Binh Duong province sets a record with its biggest Christmas tree. The pine tree is 36m in height, 14m in width, and decorated with more than 200,000 LED light bulbs. It’s even more attractive with the modern light effect system. Youngsters come to this place not only to enjoy a Merry Christmas but also to take a picture with the biggest Christmas tree.
