Following the severe damage caused by recent storms and floods in Central Vietnam, LuxGroup (Luxury Group Joint Stock Company) has actively stepped up to support relief efforts for the affected communities. This action reflects the company’s deep commitment to corporate social responsibility and national solidarity.
To share the difficulties faced by the region, LuxGroup proudly contributed 30 million VND through the meaningful charity program, “Saigon Times – Nối vòng tay lớn (Joining Hands),” organized by the Saigon Times.

At the appreciation ceremony for our partnering individuals and organizations, Mr. Nguyen Bi, representing LuxGroup, shared: “We hope this contribution helps bring stability and a quick return to brighter days for the families affected.”

The ‘Saigon Times – Nối vòng tay lớn’ program is a community support initiative organized by the Saigon Times. Its purpose is to assist those facing difficulties, including fundraising and distributing gifts, particularly in areas affected by natural disasters and floods. The program also conducts other charitable activities, such as providing aid to children, young patients, and struggling families in various localities.
Supporting Students and Education in Quang Tri
Recognizing that children and schools are among the most vulnerable after a disaster, LuxGroup’s donation is specifically directed toward restoring stability and supporting education. The floods caused significant losses of materials and equipment, severely disrupting the students’ learning environment.
A dedicated team from the Saigon Times program is scheduled to travel directly to three schools in Khe Sanh Commune, Quang Tri Province, on November 21st. Their mission is to distribute 465 comprehensive gift packages to students in the area.

These carefully planned packages are designed to cover both immediate needs and educational recovery, including:
- Learning Equipment: Essential items such as TVs, computers, books, and storybooks to help schools restore their educational capacity.
- Essential Supplies: Supplies needed for daily life and school, including warm coats, raincoats, shoes, uniforms, notebooks, and general school tools.
- Direct Financial Aid: The packages also include cash support, offering families flexibility to address immediate personal needs.
A Commitment to Community
This initiative demonstrates LuxGroup’s firm belief in giving back to the community that supports its operations. By focusing on education and essential supplies, LuxGroup aims to help children return to a sense of normalcy and ensure they can continue their studies without delay.
Through partnerships with trusted organizations like the Saigon Times, LuxGroup ensures its support translates directly into tangible aid where it is needed most. We hope this contribution provides meaningful relief and encourages the students, teachers, and families of Quang Tri as they move forward.
LuxGroup stands in solidarity with Central Vietnam and extends best wishes for a swift and strong recovery.
