SALES MANAGER – ENGLISH-SPEAKING MARKET

Location: 456 Lac Long Quan, Tay Ho Ward, Hanoi, Vietnam
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:30 (flexible time on Sarturday)

Job Description

• Develop and execute sales strategies for international English-speaking markets
• Lead, manage, and develop the Sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients and partners
• Consult with clients and design tailor-made, high-end travel programs
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in inbound tourism; management experience is preferred
• Strong command of English with excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Solid business acumen with leadership capabilities
• Proactive, responsible, customer-oriented, and passionate about travel
