Hanoi, May 2026 – Lux Travel DMC successfully organized its annual Guide Meeting 2026 at the company’s Hanoi headquarters, bringing together nearly 30 professional tour guides from different language markets. Representing Lux Travel DMC at the event were CEO Pham Ha and representatives from various departments. The meeting focused on improving service quality, sharing practical guiding experiences, and promoting the role of sustainable tour guides in modern tourism.

A special sustainability-focused session was led by Mrs. Nguyen Huyen, who presented the topic: “ Sustainable Tour Guides”. She showed the difference between traditional Tour Guides and Sustainable Tour Guides. According to her, sustainable guides are storytellers, role models, and sustainability ambassadors who inspire travelers through responsible actions and meaningful cultural connections.
Her presentation also highlighted the importance of responsible guiding practices, including respecting local culture, protecting natural environments, supporting local communities, encouraging environmentally conscious behavior among travelers, and helping preserve the authenticity of destinations for future generations.
