Wake up to the gentle noise of the river and the floating market. Enjoy the magnificent sunrise and cruise to Can Tho up the Bassac River. On arrival at Can Tho, a small boat will take you to explore Cai Rang market, one of the busiest floating markets in the Mekong Delta with hundreds of small boats barging and jostling for space as owners attempt to sell their goods.

Note: The floating markets in the Mekong Delta are not tourist markets but wholesale markets where the produce of the Mekong Delta, like fruit and vegetables, is traded. For this reason, the number of boats on the market fluctuates depending on the season and market demand. Furthermore, modern wholesale markets are becoming more popular in Vietnam and this can result in decreasing numbers of boats being present at the markets. Around 10 am disembark and a car will be waiting to transfer you back to Ho Chi Minh City.

Yes, of course if you would like to make a reservation directly with the tour operator or travel agent, you will need to contact them directly. However, we are in good position to make the offer, make the booking and run the trip as we are a local tour operator.
