Customer's Photos Rights & Using

Terms and Conditions for Customer Photo and Review Sharing

1. Purpose:
This agreement is made between Lux Travel DMC and Customer to regulate the sharing of Customer's photos and reviews on our social media channels.

2. Ownership Rights:
a. The Customer warrants that they own all intellectual property rights related to the photos and reviews provided to Lux Travel DMC.

b. We are granted the right to use, modify, repurpose, and distribute the Customer's photos and reviews on our social media channels.

3. Scope of Sharing:
a. We shall only share the Customer's photos and reviews after obtaining written consent from the Customer.

b. The photos and reviews shall only be used on social media channels managed by Lux Travel DMC and shall not be shared or sold to any third party.

4. Sharing Purpose:
The Customer's photos and reviews shall be shared on our social media channels to encourage and provide useful information to the community, as well as to spread the love for travel and share experiences with other travelers.

5. Confidentiality and Non-Commercial Use:
We undertake to maintain the confidentiality of the Customer's information and not to use the Customer's photos and reviews for commercial purposes or advertising without the Customer's consent.

6. Effectiveness and Termination:
The agreement will take effect from the date when the customer agrees and will continue in effect until either party gives written notice of termination. 

7. Other Terms:
Any terms or conditions not provided for in this agreement shall be discussed and agreed upon in writing between the Lux Travel DMC and the Customer.
