Tour Plan

DAY 1: Arrival Siem Reap ([Guide/L/D]

Arrival Siem Reap airport. Our tourguide will pick you up and transfer to hotel. Lunch at local restaurant.
 
At the afternoon, we start your sightseeing tour of Angkor area we spend a half day exploring the wondrous ancient ruins with the South Gate of Angkor Thom. We also can see some Elephant there and many monkey. Angkor Thom is famous for its series of colossal human faces carved in stone, the impressive Bayon Temple, the Royal Enclosure, Phimeanakas, the Elephant Terrace, the Terrace of the Leper King.

Then continue to visit Thommanon and Chau Say Tevado. Then visit Angkor wat is this architectural masterpiece was constructed in the 12th century and covers an area of about 210 hectares. Tonight we enjoy buffet dinner with Apsara dance performance at local restaurant. Overnight in Siem Reap.
 

Breakfast at hotel, Heading out of town we make our way by traveling on a newly paved road to the intricately carved and well preserved temple of Banteay Srei. Along the way we make stopover at the Preah Dark village and we follow these with a visit the Banteay Samre Temple adorned with impressive relief’s depicting scenes of Vishunu as well as Krishna legends.

We continue to explore this masterpiece as well as some of the surrounding temples including Banteay Kdei, Sra Srong, Ta Keo, Thommanon and Chau Say Tevado. Overnight in iem Reap
 

Breakfast at the hotel: By car to the Pouk district about 15 Km in the West of Siem Reap town you visit the silk farm, a fascinating farm/workshop where you can see the entire silk creation process including growing the food for the silk worms, breeding the worms, silk extraction and refinement, traditional kit dying pattern creation and looming. Retail silk and souvenir shop.

We continue to visit the Main Shrine, where the local people usually worship, with its statue of Yeay Teap, Preah Ang Chek and Preah Ang Chorm. Buying jasmine and lotus flowers to worship is very important for the Cambodians. We continue to one of the city’s lively open markets, Psar Chars, also called the “Old Market”, where anything and everything is for sale! Then continue to Wat Bo, a large, highly respected pagoda, founded in the 18th Century. Like the Silver Pagoda in Phnom Penh, the vihear of Wat Bo contains unique wall paintings of the Reamker that are said to be late 19th Century.

Look for the daily-life market scenes such as an opium smoking Chinese merchant, the colonial era French officer at the market and the French soldiers attending a traditional dance performance. Also of interest is the large collection of Buddha statues located behind the main Buddha. Overnight in Siem Reap.
 
 

Breakfast at hotel and today we will visit the floating village of Chong Khneas, located 10 kilometers south of Siem Reap. We take a boat trip in a traditional wooden boat on the Tonle Sap Lake, the "Great Lake" of Cambodia, one of the largest in Asia.

We spend the rest of day visiting the "Chantiers Ecoles - Les Artisans d'Angkor" which provides training to young Cambodians in an effort to revive the ancient Khmer traditions of stone carving and wood sculpting. Transfer to airport for your flight to Ho Chi Minh. Upon arrival, pick up then transfer to hotel. In the evening you will enjoy dinner at local restaurant.

This morning you take a drive to Cao Dai Temple in Tay Ninh to observe the midday service. Tay Ninh, near the Cambodian border, is home to the unique Cao Dai sect, whose patron saints include Joan of Arc, Victor Hugo and Winston Churchill to name a few. The religion is a hybrid of Buddhism, Taoism, Confucianism and Christianity.

The Cao Dai Temple at Tay Ninh has been described as a Walt Disney fantasia of the East. The temple's exterior is decorated with multi-colored dragons of all shapes and sizes competing for space with a number of Buddhist symbols. Above the main entrance is the all-seeing holy eye, the symbol of the Cao Dai sect. The interior is just as engaging as statues of Jesus Christ, Buddha and the Hindu god, Brahma, stand side by side.

Following lunch, you will embark on a city tour of Saigon, including the Reunification Palace, Notre Dame Cathedral, the Old Post Office, the War Remnants Museum and bustling Ben Thanh Market. You will stay overnightin HCMC.
 

Ben Tre is the best option for a day trip to the Mekong Delta from Saigon, since it is only around 2 hours away, and 15 minutes from My Tho. However, this wonderful destination retains an authenticity which has been somewhat lessened in nearby My Tho.

This picturesque and friendly Mekong Delta town has historically seen very few travelers, but the recent opening of a bridge connecting Ben Tre and My Tho has made it far easier for day trippers to visit from Saigon.

Our one day cruise excursion starts at 8:00 am from the lobby of your hotel in Saigon with a drive to Ben Tre. While there, you can take a walk along the waterfront, lined with French era shops and houses, and you'll see plenty of coconuts being unloaded from boats for dispatch around the country.

Then, jump on a boat for a couple of hours of cruising on the Mekong River. You will enjoy your delicious lunch at a local restaurant or on board. The excursion will end at around 4:00pm where the vehicle will await you for your transfer back to Saigon.
 

You will be free until transfer to the airport for a short flight to Danang.

Upon arrival at Danang International airport, you will be greeted and transferred to the hotel in Hoi An. You will have free time to walk through the narrow winding streets of Ancient Town. Enjoy dinner in the evening before an overnight stay in Hoi An.
 

Located 75km from Hoi An, My Son is the former capital of the ancient Cham civilization that ruled Central Vietnam from the second to the thirteenth century. Their religion was primarily derived from Indian Hinduism. My Son is considered to be one of the best-preserved Cham structures in Vietnam. The complex is comprised of seventy Hindu-like towers and temples dating from the second century. This site is a Must-See for those people who are interested in architecture and ancient civilizations and is now one of five UNESCO World Heritage sites in Vietnam.
 
Following lunch, you will enjoy a half day orientation tour of Hoi An, including the Chinese Assembly Halls, the Japanese Covered Bridge, Phuc Kien Pagoda and Tan Ky House. Following the tour there will be free time for shopping or relaxing before another overnight stay in Hoi An.

Getting in touch with local fishing life by using the fishing nets, riding funny basket boats, visiting a water palm coconut paradise and learning about the history about the Vietnamese people are great things to experience. The Farmer to Fisherman tour will be the special and unique tour that is committed to providing you a unique cultural window into the Vietnamese way of life.
Accompanied by your tour guide, you will commence the day leisurely cycling along country roads witnessing local Vietnamese rural life first hand, discovering all manner of photo opportunities. You will see a water buffalo working in a rice paddy field, ducks swimming along the rice farm or farmers tending their crops

 The photo opportunities are endless. Later you will board our Hoi An Eco-Tour boat for a river cruise to meet and engage with local fishermen and enjoy the hands-on experience of traditional net fishing. You will also experience paddling the unique Vietnamese bamboo basket boat while exploring coconut-palm flanked waterways. This tour provides you with a cultural window into the ways of life of both our farming and fishing communities.
 

You will leave Hoi An for another World Heritage site, Hue, via the Hai Van pass. You will stop to visit the Marble Mountains and a handicraft village before arriving in Hue, where you will tour sites including the Citadel, the Forbidden Purple City, the Imperial Museum and Dong Ba market.

After breakfast at the hotel, you will board a private boat and go cruising on the romantic Perfume River. Being the ancient capital, Hue is surrounded with many tombs of emperors past, and a visit to some of these tombs will be on the itinerary for today.

The charming Lady Pagoda (Thien Mu Pagoda) will be the first stop of the day, and from here you will cruise further to ornate Minh Mang's Tomb. You will enjoy lunch then transfer you to airport for flight to Hanoi.

Pick up and transfer to hotel. Dinner at a local restaurant and an overnight stay in Hanoi 
 

You will visit some museum such as: Ethnology museum or Prison museum then the Temple of Literature, Hoan Kiem Lake, Ngoc Son Temple, and other lesser known museums. Following lunch at a local restaurant, you will enjoy a one hour cyclo ride around Hanoi's Old Quarter. In the evening, you will enjoy a traditional Vietnamese water puppet show before an overnight stay in Hanoi.

After pick-up from your hotel, you will leave Hanoi by private car/van at 8:30 am, arriving at the jetty around 12:30 pm. You will be welcomed aboard and set sail through the bay while lunch is served. You will pass through the magical bay, where thousands of sculpted limestone islands rise from the waves like dragons' teeth. After lunch, you will take a short trek to a nearby summit for a panoramic view of the bay dotted with golden sails, and then go swimming on a quiet beach or sunbathing on the sundeck. Later in the afternoon, you will visit an interesting fishing village with the opportunity to interact with fishermen who have been living in the bay for almost three generations. Back on board, you can enjoy cocktails while watching the sunset. Later, you will unwind ata lavish dinner before an overnight stay on the deluxe junk.

Greet the day with a morning tai chi session, with an opportunity to view the sunrise over the bay. After breakfast, you willvisit a beautiful limestone grotto and then go back to the boat for a final glimpse of Halong Bay while cruising back to the dock.

Checkout is at 11:45 am and the boat arrives at the harbor by noon for the drive back to Hanoi airport for flight to Yangon.  Arrive at Yangon International Airport and welcome by our tour speaking guide. Transfer to hotel for check in.leisure at hotel. Overnight at Yangon.

After breakfast at hotel, fly to Mandalay. Arrive at Mandalay, directly drive to visit Amarapura. Highlights include Mahagandayon Monastery which is a school for young monks and observe the lunch process in morning, U Bein Bridge which is more than two centuries old and at 1.2 km longest teakwood span in the world. On the way, visit to the tradition hand-weaving silk workshop.

At afternoon, boat trip to visit Ava (Innwa), it is located on an island between Ayeyarwaddy and Myitnge Rivers. The tour can visit Ava by horse cart to Nanmyint Watch Tower, The Maha Aung Mye Bonzan well known as Me Nu Oak-Kyaung (Brick Monastery) was built in 1822, Bagaya Monastery, Lacquer ware industry, Yadana Hsimi Pagoda and Inwa Bridge spanning the Ayeyarwaddy River.

Then , proceed to Sagaing, visit to  Aung Myay Oo Monastic School and the hilltops, each crested with a pagoda, the banners proclaiming the Buddha’s teaching, the refuge from all ills and tribulations where over 600 monasteries for monks and nuns are located for Buddhist studies and mediation. Visit to U Min Thonze (or Thirty Caves Pagoda) which has many Buddha images in a shaped colonnade and the impressive Soon Oo Pon Nya Shin Pagoda and Sunset form Sagaing Hill.

At evening, return to hotel and overnight in Mandalay.
 

Breakfast at hotel, transfer to jetty to take a boat trip to Bagan. On the way, you can enjoy the ways of local life and the beauty of Ayeyarwaddy River. Late afternoon, arrive Mandalay, transfer to hotel and overnight in Bagan.

Breakfast at hotel, The tour visit to the one of Asia’s most popular archeological destination. We will visit colorful Naung U Market and visit some of Bagan most famous pagodas, including Shwezigon Pagoda, which is the most important reliquary shrine and house images of 37 Nats in Bagan.

Then, continue visit to Kyansittha Uhmin (Cave), Gupaukgyi Temple, it is a 13th century cave temple with interesting fine frescoes of sconces from the Jataka.

At afternoon, the tour continue visit to Htilominlo Temple with old murals and friezes and then approach to Tharabar Gate way into Old Bagan. Then, visit to Ananda Temple it is a whitewashed masterpiece and with four standing Buddha Images, Thetbyinnyu Temple, Dhamayangyi Temple which is famous for its interlocking mortar thickest brickwork.

Late afternoon, continue to Shwesandaw Pagoda for beautiful sunset and then transfer to hotel and overnight in Bagan. 
 
 

Breakfast at hotel,fly to yangon  arrive at Yangon International Airport and welcome by our tour speaking guide. Transfer to hotel for check in.The tour sightseeing start for visit the old colonial-style city center with city hall,

Mahabandoola Park with Independence Monument, Strand road and Yangon Jetty by Car. Then continue visit to Botahtaung Pagoda and Ahma Mya Nan Nwe, a devotee to the Botahtaung Pagoda. She was known to be a dragon guarding the pagoda and Bogyoke Aung San (Scott) Market, is the most popular market (close on every Monday & Public holiday) and where you can buy luxury item, handicrafts, food stuff, clothing, jewelry, fashion and consumer goods.

At afternoon, the tour visit to Chaukhtatgyi (Reclining Buddha) Pagoda a colossal reclining Buddha and continue visit to Karaweik Hall Royal barge on the Royal lake for photo stop and world famous Shwedagon Pagoda. Witness the golden dome light up sunshine at the sunset. Overnight in Yangon.
 

After breakfast at hotel, transfer to  Yangon international airport for your departure flight to Bangkok.

A ride through the interesting parts of Bangkok with stop at the Golden Buddha and Reclining Buddha.
Visit the Grand Palace, Coronation Hall, Funeral Hall and famous Emerald Buddha.
After lunch continue by long-tail boat along the canal to see a Thai houses and typical rural life and also visit Temple of Dawn.

Buddhist temples located around the city, one of the most well regarded examples of Lanna architecture. And Wat Chedi luang, The temple is the site of an enormous pagoda, originally 280 feet high, and which was partially destroyed by an earthquake in 1545. 

At one time, Wat Chedi Luang housed the revered Emerald Buddha image now enshrined in Bangkok's Wat Phra Kaeo. Then transfer to Warorot market, to see and feel the real northern people’s way of life.
 

08.00 am Morning Visit Long-Neck hill tribe village at Baan Thungluang. They are best known for the many brass rings that the women wear around their neck. At the very young age of around 5 years the first rings are put on a girls neck. Over the years more rings are being added giving the women the appearance of having a very long neck. Hmong hill tribe village at Baan Phanokkok with lunch at local restaurant. visit Orchid farm, where we will witness the unique beauty of this beautiful floral species. Lunch at restaurant.
 
Afternoon visit Doi Suthep temple, the most sacred temple upon the hill with its enormous mythological Nagas staircase of 306 steps and inside the cloister is an intriguing copper-placed chedi topped by five-tier gold parasol, which contains relics of Lord Buddha. Then return to hotel.
 

Transfer from hotel to Chiangmai airport for flight….to Bangkok. Then connect your departure flight. End of services.
